Unpublished and original papers are encouraged to submit via Email Submission: esce_conf@163.com. Official language is English in paper writing and presenting. All submitted full papers will go through the peer review process and acceptance will depend on the quality, originality, language and relevance. Submissions should be with minimum 6 and maximum 15 single-column (11-point font) including figures. Plagiarism is not allowed.
Accepted papers will be published as Conference Proceeding, which is indexed by Scopus, Google, Google Scholar, Inspec, and other well-known databases.The indexers decide which papers they will index. Prompt publication of strong papers is important to positive decisions and speed of indexing.
